Nautical license

The nautical licence is obbligatory:

• for navigation within 6 miles of the coast, if the engine of the boat exceed the power of 30 KW or a 40.8 HP or if the cc exceed 750 for engines with carburetor on two times, 1000c on for times carburetion outboard, 1300cc fir the carburetion for four times inboard, 2000cc for engines diesel;
• for all the units in navigation over 6 miles from the coast.

Types of license (with habilitation of sail and engine or only engine) are three:

• within 12 miles of the coast;
• with no limits from the coast;
• for pleasure yachts over 24 mt. of length
